Lecture on Legal Knowledge
In order to enhance the legal awareness, to enlarge the legal knowledge, and to solve the legal puzzles encountered in daily working, CCIE invited Mr Yang Jianhong lawyer to give us a legal lecture at the conference room on the afternoon of April 01,2011. Mr Yangjian hong , as the Permanent Legal Adviser of our company , is the partner of Tahota Law Firm, chief lawyer of the international business department.
First of all, Mr.Yang explained the key points and details which should be emphasized in the international operation procedure from the eyes of a lawyer. And also he provided his pertinent suggestions for the continuous growing overseas project contracting business. At last, Mr.Yang answered the questions.
According to the plan, CCIE will hold six professional and special lectures in 2011.
